Quem nunca teve dor de cabeça cancelando um serviço telefônico ou pedindo o cancelamento de um cartão de crédito? Ou então enrolando o atendente quando te ligam do banco oferecendo mil serviços? SEUS PROBLEMAS SE ACABARAM-SE! Siga este pequeno tutorial de sobrevivência para passar por estas situações e garanto que, no mínimo, você dará algumas risadas maléficas (Mr. Burns style) quando desligar o telefone.
